Deborah A. Hampton is responsible for managing The Chemours Company’s trademark, copyright and trade dress portfolio. Her major focus and area of expertise is the protection and enforcement of the company brands. Prior to joining Chemours in 2015, Ms. Hampton worked on teams during her career that managed global portfolios for brands such as Victoria’s Secret, AT&T and Elizabeth Arden. Ms. Hampton is on the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Board of Directors and serves as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Board. She is also a member of the Executive. In 2017 Ms. Hampton was nominated and selected for the inaugural class of World Trademark Review’s WTR300: The World’s Leading Corporate Trademark Professionals.

Tosshan joined Corsearch in September 2017 and is currently a Senior Brand Protection Consultant sitting in the Pre-sales team. As an International Legal Studies Graduate from the University of Southampton, including a year abroad at Singapore Management University, he has previously worked as a Trade Mark Researcher and as a Brand Protection Analyst. Whilst working at Corsearch, Tosshan has also dedicated time writing for the popular online IP Blog – The IPKat. Using his experience, Tosshan continues to enjoy the application of his Intellectual Property knowledge in the online brand protection field.
