Katerina is a Brand Protection Team Leader, based in Incopro’s London office. Over the past two and a half years of being with Incopro, she has worked closely with multiple brands operating in different industries, such as pharma, fashion and mobile game apps. During this time, she has specialised in regulatory enforcement. She holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, with a focus in intellectual property and pharmaceutical patents, and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2014.
Marilyn Krige
Senior Global Brand Protection Counsel Anti-Counterfeiting @Reckitt Benckiser
Marilyn is the Senior Global Brand Protection Counsel Anti-Counterfeiting at Reckitt Benckiser (RB) since 2019. Marilyn has had a career of over 20 years in the brand enforcement arena, many of them in an IP legal practice. She has experience in working in multiple jurisdictions, identifying the source of infringements, and taking action to shut down their supply chain and destroy the factories. Her role covers all forms of commerce, however impactful results are driven by good knowledge of the connection between the online and offline space and knowing where and how to search in both to identify trends and identify bad actors and their networks.
Phil Lewis
Director General @Anti-Counterfeiting Group
Phil has been engaged in intellectual property enforcement since 2001 when he became the UK’s Senior Policy Advisor on Intellectual Property Crime, whilst based at the UK Intellectual Property Office. Phil has also been the UK IP enforcement representative at G8 level, chaired the United Nations Advisory Group (UNECE) on IP protection and enforcement, been an adviser to the Interpol Action Group and led a number of European Commission IP Peer Review Teams. In 2008, Phil became Senior National Expert at the European Commission. Since retiring from public service at the end of 2014, Phil worked as Policy and Strategy Adviser to the UK Anti-Counterfeiting Group and in 2018 he became the new Director General of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group.
